Experienced Document Review Attorneys

Hirenomics Legal, LLC (Hirenomics) is continually expanding its legal contract staffing and document review teams. Hirenomics is a trusted partner for many law firms, corporate legal departments, and e-Discovery organizations across the country.  Our Hirenomics team has more than 24 years of combined legal industry experience. We have worked in all facets of e-Discovery, Document Review and Legal Staffing assisting our clients with the cyclical nature of project and case management.

Position Overview:

  • You will work with all aspects of Document Review with various eDiscovery platforms as an individual or often large team environments.
  • 100% remote work
  • Full time availability preferred, M-F daytime hours (case specific)
  • Weekly Pay
  • Must reside in U.S., specifically Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, D.C., or Wisconsin, for the duration of the project
     

Position Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 1-year remote document review experience preferred 
  • Experience in Privilege review/screen, Issue Tags, Keywords/Coding, First and Second pass reviews 
  • Experience in Relativity (main system requirement) and other review software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, etc.
     

Qualifications:

  • 100% remote work
  • Full time availability preferred, M-F day time hours
  • Must reside in U.S., specifically Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, D.C. or Wisconsin, for the duration of the project
  • Weekly Pay

Education and Training:

  • JD Required (licensed or inactive based on each review project)

Skills:

  • Technical and computer aptitude / computer proficiency is a must (proficiency will be evaluated through a client survey).
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Authenticator for 2-step authentication. 
  • Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized. 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines without getting flustered.
