Jackie co-founded Hirenomics in 2010 with a vision for creating a relationship-driven culture for employees, clients, and candidates. She has since earned a distinguished reputation in executive search for consistently servicing clients and candidates with a strategic, consultative, and authentic approach. Further, she empowers her employees to achieve exceptional results.

Prior to establishing Hirenomics in 2010, Jackie was engaged as Regional Vice President for Robert Half International where she lead multiple legal, risk and compliance teams across the country in executive search, direct hire placement, and consulting placement. Her successful teams had relationships with Fortune 500, boutique, and international firms. Jackie retained the number one legal RVP year in and year out in business development. She has developed a tremendous reputation among top executives locally and nationally.

Jackie is an active Board Member with the Soo Visual Arts Center in Minneapolis, MN, and an active member of Pro-Mujer, a nonprofit that provides women essential services that help break the cycle of poverty.  Jackie also loves to travel whenever possible.
