Travis leads the firm’s national Financial Services search practice area. He has earned a distinguished reputation with top executives from some of the world’s largest investment management and insurance firms, all of whom consider Travis a trusted advisor with tremendous market intelligence. Travis’s work ethic is instantly noticeable to his clients, many of whom applaud his keen insight to their business practices and his eye for talent.

Prior to joining Hirenomics, Travis served as Managing Director at Marchese and Associates, where he was instrumental in leading a team in hundreds of searches with multiple clients. He was named Top Producer for the firm over a number of years, and was named by USA Today Money on their “People Going Places” list.

When he helped unveil Hirenomics in November of 2010, Travis was charged with building and leading the firm’s national presence.

Outside of the office, Travis coaches youth hockey and volunteers as a business educator in his children’s classrooms. During the summer, he enjoys time relaxing on Prior Lake with friends and family. During the winter, he can be found cheering on his favorite hockey teams.
