Bilingual Legal Document Reviewer, Remote Contract Staffing

Hirenomics Legal, LLC (Hirenomics) is continually expanding its Bilingual legal contract staffing and document review teams. We have worked in all facets of e-Discovery, Document Review and Legal Staffing assisting our clients with the cyclical nature of project and case management that must be translated or interpreted.

Position Overview:

  • Hirenomics is currently filling its pipeline by seeking Document Reviewers fluent in reading and writing to review, assess, and provide relevant details from documents for upcoming remote projects! 
  • We are looking for Bilingual experience in the following areas:
    • Japanese
    • Spanish
    • Chinese
    • Mandarin
    • Somali
  • You will work with all aspects of Document Review with various eDiscovery platforms as an individual or often large team environments.
  • 100% remote work
  • Full time availability preferred, M-F daytime hours (case specific)
  • Weekly Pay
  • Must reside in U.S.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Fluent in Bilingual reading and writing to review, assess, and provide relevant details from documents.
  • Minimum of 1-year remote document review experience preferred 
  • Experience in Privilege review/screen, Issue Tags, Keywords/Coding, First and Second pass reviews 
  • Experience in e-Discovery software such as Relativity (main system requirement) and other review software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, etc.


  • JD required (licensed or inactive based on each review project) - LLM considered


  • Fluent in Bilingual reading and writing to review, assess, and provide relevant details from documents.
  • Technical and computer aptitude / computer proficiency is a must (proficiency will be evaluated through a client survey).
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Authenticator for 2-step authentication. 
  • Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized. 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines without getting flustered.
