Hirenomics Welcomes New Recruiter, Eli Grobel
Eli is a Recruiter for Hirenomics, Inc. His primary focus is to find the highest quality candidates for our retained search practice. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Augsburg University, Eli has degrees in Sociology and Cross-Cultural Studies. He has always been fascinated by the world around him and strives to experience as much as he can. Eli started his career supporting adults with developmental disabilities in both vocational and residential settings. He ran his own coaching business supporting progressive entrepreneurs and changemakers. Eli received an Award of Completion from the Academy for Coaching Excellence’s accredited Coach Training Program. Eli brings these skills as coach with him to work with our clients to help them identify and retain the most talented professionals in their field.
Eli loves to play. On any given day he may be having a Pokemon wrestling match with his nephew Iver or playing with his dog Carrot, yes Carrot. Eli has a thirst for the unknown and is known for his free spirt, embracing just about anything. His most recent “assortment” of activities includes, practicing piano, rock climbing, biking around Minneapolis or singing karaoke with family and friends.
