Hirenomics Welcomes Molly Kuchan
While Molly may be newer to the Hirenomics Team, she has had recruiting in her DNA since college. Molly first championed recruiting efforts as the Vice President of her coed fraternity at the University of Minnesota. She ultimately became the fraternity’s Midwest District Vice President and oversaw 26 chapters as they worked to increase membership numbers and retention. Building authentic and lasting relationships is a cornerstone of the Hirenomics model. These traits are equally as important to Molly. She is a natural conversationalist which bodes well with her outgoing and adventurous personality. Molly enjoys getting to know people and positively impacting their lives at work and outside the office.
Prior to joining Hirenomics, Molly was a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual. There she worked with individual clients to educate and develop wholistic and comprehensive financial plans to achieve client goals and ultimately their dreams. She also spent time as a recruiter for a technology company and helped redevelop their approach to recruitment to bring in top talent in a very competitive market.
Molly rarely has a moment to spare as she loves to explore what life has to offer. She is actively involved in a various alumni associations and in her community. Molly loves to travel and cheer on the Minnesota Gophers and Green Bay Packers. She has a love of animals and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
