John is a Senior Recruiter for the Hirenomics team. Having graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a BA degree in financial management, and a minor in English. John supports the research and recruiting functions for both the firm’s financial services, as well as legal and compliance practices. John was purposely brought on the team to provide an energetic mind and fresh ideas. A true example of generational diversity among the Hirenomics team, John represents the ever changing environment of the workforce, and is a natural people pleaser. John is a natural when it comes to communication and social media skills.
John has always valued the art of building mutually beneficial relationships between people, and understands that by making connections that fit both party’s needs, he will provide long-term value to those that he works with, and by presenting options to candidates, he can positively impact their lives.
John is a very skilled writer, and uses his talents to further communication between clients and their candidates. John utilizes his skills within Hirenomics to create a collaborative work environment, as well as being an individual contributor to the firm.
Outside of the office, John can usually be found somewhere outdoors, be it on the lake, on the golf course, hunting, or at a baseball game. John is an avid sports fan, and enjoys being active with his peers.
