Dave is a Director of Business Development for the Hirenomics team.  He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA Degree in Communications and played five full seasons for the University of Minnesota Gopher Baseball Team. Dave is tasked with helping to expand the Hirenomics brand and developing new business for the firm.

Dave has unique experience in both business development and financial services. Prior to joining Hirenomics, he served as a Client Associate at RBC Wealth Management for nearly 3 years, working alongside a highly respected team of Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers. He was a focal point for the teams’ existing clients and helped manage over $100 million in 401(k) plan assets held at various investment firms. He most recently was part of the business development team at Concur Technologies, helping to rapidly expand their software as a service (SaaS) company under SAP.

Dave is well known for building long lasting relationships with everyone that he meets. He believes that his work ethic sets the standard for who he is and prides his work on honesty and integrity.

In his free time, Dave loves staying active, watching/playing sports, and golfing in the summer months. He is an avid traveler and enjoys attending concerts with friends.
